shuttle transportation will be provided between the Omni Championsgate Resort and Bella Cosa for the evening.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?

There is free parking located in front of Bella Cosa.

WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Weather premitting, our wedding will be a mix of both indoor and outdoor celebrations. Please dress appropriately. April in Florida is usually beautiful - warm but not too humid or chilly.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! Our wedding will be formal attire.
For men, this means a suit (matching jacket and pants), a button-up dress shirt and a tie or bow tie. For women, floor-length gowns, elegant cocktail dresses or dressy jumpsuits are all appropriate choices.
We encourage everyone to dress to impress while keeping the weather in mind. When in doubt, it’s always better to be slightly overdressed than underdressed!
Feel free to wear any color you love, just please avoid white.
(Please note: the bridesmaids will be wearing shades of pink.)

WILL THERE BE OPTIONS FOR DIETARY RESTRICTIONS OR ALLERGIES?

Yes! Please indicate your restrictions when you RSVP. Our catering team will be informed.

Important: please remain in your assigned seat so we can ensure the right meal is served to you.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?

We’d love to see your little ones!
If you don’t think they’ll last the whole night, we have a trusted nanny service we can recommend and can dedicate an upstairs room for childcare. Please reach out to Victoria or Drew to coordinate.

ARE PLUS-ONES ALLOWED?

Your invitation/RSVP will specify. If it is not listed, we kindly ask that you join us solo.

WHERE ARE YOU REGISTERED?

We are registered at Crate & Barrel, Target and Honeyfund. Please visit our registry page for direct links.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS AT YOUR WEDDING?

We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony (no phones or cameras). Photos are absolutely welcome during the reception!

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Full bar will be available throughout the entire night, including: beer, wine, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages.
